In order to save in Dolphin Emulator, you will need to head over to the "Settings" tab and click on the "Emulator" button. In the window that pops up, click on the "General" tab and then tick off the "Store PCM audio as uncompressed WAV files."

Selecting this option will ensure that your emulator saves all of your games in a single folder.

  •  The emulator is free to download and use.
  •  It's available for both PC and Mac computers.
  • To save state, click start, then click the "save state" button in the bottom left corner of the window
  • The file name will be given automatically to the user, but it can be changed if she so desires.
  • To load a saved game, press "load state" again in the bottom left corner of the window while playing the Dolphin emulator

Here are some tips on how to save in Dolphin Emulator:

  • Save often, as it is easy to lose progress in an emulator if the game crashes.
  • If you have any saves already on your computer, Dolphin will detect them and show them under "My Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Gamesaves".
  • You can also create a new save state by clicking on the "Create Save State" button at the top of the window, then rename it and click "Save".
